Food forests are ‘gardens’ built to mimic the ecosystems from which these plants originate. In doing so they offer a sustainable and relatively low-maintenance solution to the cycle of food waste and food from emissions-intensive producers. A food forest’s design usually emulates a natural ecosystem.
You will work closely with a member of our design team who specializes in designing for your region and needs. This is the full design cost before any add-ons and does not include the cost of installation. The standard delivery time for this product is 3 weeks. Expediting is available for an additional fee.

A Freedom Farm Academy is the ultimate demonstration site for living and teaching the Permaculture Way. This business model will equip you with a design to become the go-to location for others to learn about Permaculture through your property. Each Freedom Farm Academy is unique and has its own Visions and Values woven into each design. Step in and lead the way for others to grow the movement in your region.
You can start the process by placing a deposit or schedule time to talk to our team. The minimum full price for a 3 acre (or less) demonstration model is $25,000. Extra acres beyond the 3 acres are $2500 per acre.
The standard delivery time for Freedom Farm Academy site design is 180 days. Expediting is available for an additional fee.
