Vendor Biography

With a rich background in business management, law, and leadership, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and practical experience to the field of leadership development. My career has been focused on helping organizations navigate transformation, refine leadership strategies, and enhance team engagement. I hold a J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School and a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and Family Studies. I have worked as a mediator and lawyer, successfully mediating and litigating high-stress cases between corporations, families, and other entities.

Currently, I serve as the Director of People Development for a healthcare organization with over 50,000 employees, focusing on the development and growth of our highest executive leaders. Over the years, I have successfully led businesses and teams across various sectors, including healthcare and education. From managing as the Chief Operating Officer of Au Pair Weekend to driving operational excellence as Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility, my experience spans both the complexities of large-scale operations and the nuances of personal leadership.

Having helped hundreds of businesses implement organizational change, I specialize in coaching leaders to unlock their potential, build purpose-driven teams, and create lasting, positive shifts in organizational culture. I offer flexible, tailored coaching and consulting programs that cater to your specific leadership challenges—whether through a one-on-one executive session or an extended 4-12 month consulting partnership.
