Why We Operate as a Private Membership Association (PMA)

At Naked Organs, we believe in the fundamental right of individuals to choose the sources of their nourishment and to engage in voluntary, private health and wellness practices—free from unnecessary outside interference or regulation. We operate as a Private Membership Association (PMA) to protect these rights and ensure that the foods and formulations we offer remain uncompromised, intentional, and deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom.

With our PMA, we can deliver completely uncompromised nutrition of the purest energy and highest vibration. Nourishment your body deserves. Wild, natural, naked.

Freedom From Commercial Regulation

By functioning as a PMA, we are not engaged in public commerce. Instead, we are in private contract with each of our members, allowing us to share products and services exclusively within our private domain. This private contract model is constitutionally protected and allows us to step outside many of the restrictions imposed on commercial businesses and the harvest, production, transport, and sale of food in the public domain, including:

  1. Unnecessary and cost-prohibitive government inspections
  2. Standardized food processing requirements that compromise nutrient density and integrity
  3. Licensing structures that limit innovation and natural health practices
  4. Prohibition on the sale of healthy and natural foods like raw milk and organs

This legal framework allows us to focus on quality, tradition, and results rather than compliance with industrial food standards that often prioritize shelf life, profit margins, and bureaucratic efficiency over human health.

Uncompromised, Nutrient-Rich Food

Operating within a PMA allows us to source, prepare, and deliver nutrient-dense whole foods—including ancestral animal organs, wildcrafted herbs, raw A2 grass finished milk, and other unadulterated ingredients—without compromising their integrity through irradiation, pasteurization, or synthetic additives. Our processes are guided by ancient wisdom, modern science, and deep reverence for the body’s innate intelligence, not by commercial pressures or government-mandated practices that diminish the potency of real food. Our foods retain their natural vibration, and their rich nutrition.

Empowered Sovereignty and Informed Consent

As a member of this PMA, you are not a passive consumer—you are a sovereign individual participating in a mutual, private agreement grounded in trust, transparency, and shared values. You acknowledge your right to access natural substances and make informed decisions about your health outside the realm of mainstream medical or regulatory oversight.

In return, Naked Organs commits to producing, formulating, and offering products with the highest level of integrity, made for members only and never released to the general public or subject to retail dilution.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Private Membership Association Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Naked Organs Private Membership Association ("Association", "Naked Organs", "we", "our", or "us") and the undersigned individual ("Member" or "you") for the purpose of establishing a private, contractual relationship, outside of public commerce and regulation.

By signing this Agreement, you voluntarily choose to join Naked Organs PMA and agree to be bound by its terms, acknowledging that you are acting in the private domain and not as a consumer engaging in public commerce.

2. PURPOSE

The purpose of the Association is to:

  1. Facilitate private access to information, natural wellness products, and ancestral health formulations based on organ meats, botanical extracts, and natural compounds;
  2. Promote holistic education, natural living, and bodily autonomy;
  3. Maintain a mutual covenant of privacy between members and the Association.

3. SCOPE & JURISDICTION

  1. The Association operates under Section 2 and Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which protect freedom of conscience, belief, association, and the right to life, liberty, and security of the person.
  2. The Member acknowledges that all activities are conducted in private capacity, not subject to Health Canada regulations or oversight unless specifically required by law or voluntarily disclosed.
  3. The Association is a non-commercial, private association governed by common law and private contract law principles.

4. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. Membership is voluntary, revocable, and non-transferable.
  2. Members must be at least 18 years of age and of sound mind.
  3. This Agreement must be signed before any purchase or access to materials, products, or guidance is granted.
  4. No medical or therapeutic relationship is established through this membership

5. INFORMED CONSENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By signing this Agreement, you affirm:

  1. You understand that Naked Organs’ products are not licensed natural health products (NHPs) under Health Canada and are offered solely within a private association.
  2. You assume full responsibility for your health choices and the use of any information, product, or guidance offered through the Association.
  3. You understand that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and that results may vary.

6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Member agrees to:

  1. Hold harmless, indemnify, and release Naked Organs, its founders, directors, suppliers, volunteers, agents, and members from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of any product, recommendation, or material provided by the Association.
  2. Refrain from initiating any claim, lawsuit, or regulatory complaint against the Association in any public court or agency.

7. PRIVACY & NON-DISCLOSURE

  1. All communications, documents, formulations, protocols, and intellectual property shared through the Association are private, confidential, and proprietary.
  2. The Member agrees not to disclose, publish, or reproduce any proprietary content outside the Association without explicit written permission.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Any disputes shall be resolved privately through binding arbitration under common law principles, conducted in Canada by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
  2. Public courts shall not have jurisdiction unless both parties consent in writing.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable by a competent authority, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Notice to Agents, Investigators, and Government Entities

By proceeding to view, access, read, or otherwise engage with this Private Membership Association Agreement (hereafter “Agreement”), you affirm that you are acting in your private, non-governmental capacity, and are not acting as or on behalf of any:

  1. Government agency (federal, state, or local)
  2. Regulatory or licensing authority
  3. Investigative or enforcement body
  4. Legal or judicial entity
  5. Commercial competitor acting in collusion with regulatory bodies

If you are acting in any capacity other than as a private individual seeking voluntary membership, your viewing or interaction with this Agreement constitutes a knowing and willing violation of private contract and domain boundaries.

Conditional Acceptance and Liquidated Damages Clause

Any agent, officer, investigator, regulator, prosecutor, or affiliated individual who views, reads, stores, transmits, or makes use of this document or any part of its contents outside the bounds of a good-faith intention to join this PMA hereby:

  1. Agrees, without further notice or negotiation, to the terms of this private contract;
  2. Stipulates that such unauthorized access constitutes trespass and bad-faith intrusion into a private domain;
  3. Agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of 10,000 kilograms of Troy silver, due and payable to Naked Organs, as a remedy for breach of private trust, contract trespass, and attempted enforcement of foreign jurisdiction within a private domain.

Your continued engagement with this Agreement confirms your personal capacity, honor, and agreement to all terms above. If you do not agree, you are required to immediately exit, delete, and disregard this document in its entirety.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between you and Naked Organs PMA. No oral statements or other writings shall be binding unless incorporated herein.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, you confirm:

  1. You are joining Naked Organs PMA by free will and choice;
  2. You understand and accept all terms of this Agreement;
  3. You waive the right to bring any complaint or dispute in the public domain related to the Association or its offerings.
