About Gan Aden Farms

Created by Greg & Ianthe Mauro, as they settle into the "empty nester" chapter of their lives. They had careers for decades in computer programming, teaching, entrepreneurship, and raised children through tumultuous changes and numerous moves in Southern California, to ultimately leave city life, for country life in Monticello Georgia circa 2019. Greg felt a calling to the land and animals, and takes regenerative farming practices very seriously. He grows and nurtures the plants and animals used in every product. Ianthe designs, makes and packages everything for Gan Aden Farms, informed by her background in product design and love for all things nourishing and natural. Together they plan to grow Gan Aden Farms into a resource for anyone looking to return the earth to it's natural state of beauty and nutrients, through products, experiences and unique opportunities. Gan Aden means The Garden of Eden in Hebrew, and the spelling "Aden" is a tribute to Ianthe's great grandfather, Aden Max Johnston.
